Son of Han

[I composed this limerick aeons ago when there was then still a Pakatan Rakyat, and a Mandarin-Nazi blogger who hated any Chinese not speaking Mandarin (especially Pakatan Rakyat sweeties), wakakaka - found the limerick in my files, so here it is, with lots of my signature wakakaka's]

Son of Han

A blogger called himself son of Han
He thought he might have some fun
As he has the hots for Hanna
With her he dreams he wanna
But she laughs as his was only a wee ‘un

wakakaka

On Eli’s sarong he is deeply fixated
Just to probe beneath it, he’s excited
He feels something wet
But poor bloke didn’t get
That’s because he had masturbated

wakakaka

How could he hope for any headway
With PR sweeties in his disgusting way
He reeks of terrible B.O
And haven’t I told you so
For all his lust, bloke’s a closeted gay

wakakaka

So he rings up dear Teresa Kok
Ask to borrow her yellow frock
Saying he wants a date
With Saiful his soulmate
Who’s ‘clean’ as a whistle for a knock

wakakaka

My Lamentation on my-once HERO now-ZERO

Once he was my No 1 hero
Who inspired me with hope
But now he's just a lousy zero
In backing him I felt like a joke

Poisoned by rotten company
He strayed from the true sign
Becoming plain power crazy
Why doesn't he eff-ing resign

"As I have been reliably informed" - Dirge of a Mongolian father

Shaariibu Setev - father of Shaariibuugiin Altantuyaa
Star Online photo

"I am not satisfied. My daughter knows only one Malaysian and it is Razak Baginda. Now my daughter is dead and Baginda is freed... the country has lost credibility in the (eyes of the) world"

How can it so?
He who defiled the body of my beloved
Has been freed, unpunished for his crime
As I have been reliably informed

My heart crushed
As I have been reliably informed it should be
My tears flow
As I have been reliably informed they must be

String him up
By a hyper-pious tree in the mango plain
And another one too, as both ought to be
As I have been reliably informed

My anger explodes
As I have been reliably informed it should be
My pains sharpen
As I have been reliably informed they must be

Malaysian lawful process?
Oxymoronic dark humour? Aren't the SDs
Available as concretized absolute truths?
As I have been reliably informed

My frustration erupts
As I have been reliably informed it should be
My beliefs shatter
As I have been reliably informed they must be

So what if two are on trial
When they aren't the evil Duo drummed
Into my ears, mind, and expectations
As I have been reliably informed

My torment revolts
As I have been reliably informed it should be
My sufferings scream
As I have been reliably informed they must be

The Terrible Twins
Shattered Golden Beam* in more ways than one
So he said that he said that he said & he said
As I have been reliably informed

My despair intensifies
As I have been reliably informed it should be
My hopes destroyed
As I have been reliably informed they must be

* the Mongolian name 'Altantuyaa' means '
Golden Beam'

Come back lah sayangku, wakakaka

Malaysian political poem - March 2021:

I may have lost someone who didn’t love me
but you lost someone who truly loved you

Come back lah sayangku yang sangat dicintai
I will cook for you nasi kangkang with budu

You sleazy slut, prostitute, treacherous whore
Even going beyond khalwat plus plus, Omigod
And ere your Abang is even out of the door
What a bloody cheat you've been, bloody sod

Nature and her gifts to us

Malay Mail Online:

KUALA LUMPUR, March 9 — A Japanese park in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, has gone viral after it replaced its resident hedgehog with a brush to protect the mammal from the cold.

The switch was realised by a Twitter user who uploaded a picture of the enclosure at Kuragaike Park, together with a notice explaining the change.

The notice states that the hedgehog was not on display due to the cold weather.

“Instead, please observe this brush that looks like a hedgehog. Please come again when it’s warmer.”

The tweet had since received over 318,900 reactions with over 73,500 retweets.

Hedgehogs are not native to Japan but have long been sold in the island nation, where less than 20 per cent of households are estimated to have a pet, reported Australia’s ABC.

A hedgehog-themed cafe was opened in Tokyo’s entertainment district in 2016.

kt notes:

What beauty Nature provides, they treasure
Be it flowers, waterways, deer or porcupine
Protecting them with love by any measure
As with hydrangea & wisteria vines entwine

The murmur of brooks and their sweet notes
Cascading falls & alpine shrubs clad in snow
Lazy moving rivers with bamboo riverboats
In Summer and Winter with drifting ice floe

Such are the little memories of you;
They come and go, return and lie apart
From all main things of life; yet more than they,
With noiseless feet, they come and grip the heart.
Gay laughter leading quick and stormy tears,
Then smiles again and pulse of flying feet,
In breathless chase of fleeting gossamers,
Are memories so dear, so bitter-sweet.

No more are echoes of your flying feet.
Hard by, where Pike’s Peak rears its head in state,
The erstwhile rushing feet, with halting steps,
For health’s return in Denver watch and wait.
But love and memories of noiseless tread,
Where angels hovered once, all shining fair,
To tuck you in your little trundle bed,
Kneel nightly now in agony of prayer.

If You Should Go

If You Should Go

by Countee Cullen

Love, leave me like the light,
The gently passing day;
We would not know, but for the night,
When it has slipped away.

Slipping away in late nig... | Quotes & Writings by Aakash Singh ...

So many hopes have fled,
Have left me but the name
Of what they were. When love is dead,
Go thou, beloved, the same.

Perfume Project NW: SUMMER IS SLIPPING AWAY

Go quietly; a dream
When done, should leave no trace
That it has lived, except a gleam
Across the dreamer’s face.

Last night my past died, silently slipping away / This morning, I ...

Evening

Evening

by Ranier Maria Rilke

A fiery sunset among trees that are... - NewsCenter1 Media Group ...

The sky puts on the darkening blue coat
held for it by a row of ancient trees;
you watch: and the lands grow distant in your sight,
one journeying to heaven, one that falls;

and leave you, not at home in either one,
not quite so still and dark as the darkened houses,
not calling to eternity with the passion of what becomes
a star each night, and rises;

and leave you (inexpressibly to unravel)
your life, with its immensity and fear,
so that, now bounded, now immeasurable,
it is alternately stone in you and star.
